Visit to Kelmscott Manor and Buscot Park: Wednesday 4 September 2024
A wonderful opportunity to visit two beautiful houses in one day. Kelmscott Manor, the home of William Morris, was his favourite family retreat which he owned until his death in 1896. The house, its gardens and the surrounding landscape were sources of inspiration for Morris.
Buscot Park is a magnificent grade11*listed building now owned by the National Trust with the Barons Farringdon still in residence and still responsible for the day-to-day management and decoration of the mansion.
